M&E Mfg. Co., Inc. has been manufacturing bakery equipment for nearly 30 years. We have pioneered and patented Nesting Bakery and Nesting Oven Racks under the Z-FRAME Nesting Rack® trade name. M&E has stayed true to its core values of providing long lasting quality bakery products that will stand the test of time.

Our new Bakery Pro Division was created to address the needs of the space and time starved bakery operator with the express purpose of offering only the type of equipment we ourselves would buy and would recommend to our own family and best of friends.

We at Bakery Pro^® believe that unless we provide our Bakery Customers with superior value, there is no basis for a viable business relationship. In other words, our products must be clearly superior in function and construction, and they must provide the lowest cost per life cycle. This is a very old-fashioned idea that has worked for hundreds of years.

The Bakery Pro^® model depends on customer referrals as a source of new business. Because we normally do not have dealers and representatives “promoting our product”, we depend on our reputation to build our business. This provides customer direct pricing without dealer or representative costs built in and allows us to offer a superior product by keeping our sales costs down. Much of the Bakery Pro^® product line has patented design features that are offered exclusively to our customers.
